    Little confused, day one says 10,10,25. So does that mean I do 10 sit-ups, 10 crunches and 25 squats and thats it?

    It works only if you eat healthy and do the exercises every day. You do one set of each and when the 30 days are over , keep adding more exercises or increase the number of the exercises.
