Ginger Garlic Half Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 half chicken
  • 1tsp of fresh salt
  • 2tbsps of brown sugar
  • 4 cloves of grated garlic
  • 2tbsps of newly grated ginger
  • ? cup of soya sauce
  • 2tbsps of sake
  • 2tsps of tobanjan, a red paste constructed of chilies and soya beans

Step 1: In a large bowl mix together the soya sauce, sake, ginger, garlic, tobanjan, brown sugar, salt to make your marinade for the chicken.
